Parking availability could be improved!!! Inconsistent hot water can be annoying during showers!!! Room sizes are quite small, leaving little room for comfort!!!

The attentive lady at the front desk ensured all our needs were met, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The room showed significant signs of wear, including dust accumulation and a hairbrush left under the bed from a previous guest.

what a dissapointment! our room couldn't even be locked, how inconvienent! the breakfast was absurdly poor, old croissants served as a 'delicacy. ' I was just expecting at least a nice upgrade for all my troubles, but nope, just another regular stay like everyother guest. I almost gave a good review, but could’nt!

The Neapolitan pizza at Vecchia Colognola was a slice of heaven—crispy crust, fresh basil, and bursting with flavor! Loved the warm welcome from the host who even sent a video explaining how to enter the property. Plus, I enjoyed a comfy bed and an excellent shower that made our stay cozy.

I recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. While the location and amenities were adequate, there was a dusty air conditioning unit and the toilets weren't thoroughly clean. It was disappointing to encounter these issues, but the warmth of the reception certainly shined through.

We enjoyed our stay with the family and our service dog as we explored the area. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and cafes, and Luca made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room suited our needs well during our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could have offered more variety for families.

Though the instructions for entry were clear, I would have preferred a more welcoming arrival experience for late check-ins.
